Intern Program

We are committed to discovering talent and nurturing individuals through our internship program, where we share knowledge and build relationships with qualified students from various scientific areas.

We offer paid internship opportunities in various fields, such as Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Cellular and Molecular Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Process Chemistry, Oligonucleotide Manufacturing, Pharmaceutics, Toxicology, and Pharmacokinetics. Students work under a practicing professional who provides guidance and mentorship during the internship program.

At the conclusion of the internship, each intern presents his/her project, the results, and his/her recommendations for future experiments.

Program Highlights:

• Paid positions
• Designed to complement a student's university studies with relevant, hands-on industry experience
• End of program poster presentations
• Corporate housing available for eligible interns

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Currently enrolled in a Scientific Undergraduate Degree Program (individuals graduating prior to December 2010 are not eligible)
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Must be able to enter program beginning 5/17/10 and no later than 6/14/10
• Able and willing to commit to a 40 hour work week and work through 8/13/10
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and with others,
• Organized, self starter with good problem-solving skills
• Application must be received no later than February 28, 2010
